Quandary View Retreat
We took the bones of this 1980’s modular house and transformed it into an exquisite modern mountain home. Windows were expanded to create clear sight-lines of Quandary Peak; we added cozy nooks, a second living space, a fourth bedroom and third bathroom–all nestled in a pine forest at 10,000 feet.
This home underwent a complete transformation into a stunning modern mountain retreat. What began as a dated structure evolved into a thoughtfully reimagined home that honors its natural surroundings while embracing contemporary design. Every detail—from the reconfigured layout to the curated finishes—was chosen to elevate both form and function. Expansive windows now frame unobstructed views of Quandary Peak, bringing the outside in and making the mountains a central part of daily living. This remodel is a testament to how vision and craftsmanship can breathe new life into any space.

We set out on a simple mission:
To help people live a more sustainable life.
On a pandemic-driven, cross-country drive in 2019, we had a dream of helping everyday people live a more sustainable life. We took an early leap into furniture but quickly had to course-correct due to the challenges of that time. We shifted gears and started rehabbing small, multi-family properties but doing it with a series of thoughtful decisions that people and our planet would love.
Since then we’ve been building upon the idea that sustainable living can be found in every home–old or new; rented or owned; rehabbed or constructed. We design, rehab and build sustainable homes that are beautiful enough to keep and treasured enough to pass on.

I have a passion for using design to create personal expressions for my clients. My design eye started at an early age when I was heavily influenced by my artist and art-collecting, German grandmother. She rooted my love of blending old with new and giving personalization to the things I create; always taking a moment to add an unexpected element to my designs.
