OUR WORK

Homes Remade

Stay in one of our cozy getaways in beautiful spots around the world. Whether you're looking for a beach town condo or a mountain retreat, a short-term stay or place to call home, our properties blend comfort with sustainability.

Ecoheirloom Furniture

We design and craft furniture that is highly sustainable, with a direct connection to the craftsmen who make it. It is beautiful enough to keep and treasured enough to pass on.

By transforming homes with a fusion of thoughtful, eco-conscious practices and enduring style, we revitalize spaces with a commitment to sustainability– ensuring that every renovation not only enhances aesthetics but also minimizes environmental impact.

We help everyday people live a more sustainable life. And the home is where we start.

WE SET OUT ON A PRETTY SIMPLE MISSION AND IDEA

To help people live a more sustainable life.

Furniture was our first step in this endeavor. Due to pandemic challenges, we shifted course and started remaking homes. We found so many ways to help people. We knew that if we treated each of our properties like it was our own home–if we put that kind of thoughtfulness and creativity into them–our product would be better. What we didn’t know is if anyone would care.

We knew that the stigma of being eco-conscious costs more.  But, what if we could select better materials–ones that have less impact when developed, less impact when needing replacement, and have a greater impact on how someone lives? What if the systems we selected would be smarter, more efficient and less expensive to operate? What if we could do these things, and still make fair money? What if we started by thinking about the people who would live in these homes first, considered the planet next, and what if the profit was respected and honored but not the only focus? And, what if we could help people finish the last leg of living sustainably by educating them on things they can do at home to create less impact and live better.

Why wouldn’t we do this?

We believe that when the primary focus is on profits, decisions are made that have negative impacts to people and the planet. It’s not about doing it how everyone else does it. It’s not about taking the basic flip book and hitting repeat. It’s about remaking homes that have a feeling, a meaning and some soul. It’s about having someone walk in and feel the thoughtfulness. It’s about surprising and delighting our residents. We believe that this attention to our craft will result in a more sustainable life for all.

Our goal: 10% more investment into sustainability. 5% profit target.
